Problem

Electronics procurement or E-procurement is the process of requisition, ordering, sourcing, purchasing, or other functions in purchasing processes of goods and services via the online system. Easily trace the order, including comparing bids, and negotiating terms, conditions, and contracts to help the organization manage suppliers and vendor relationships to increase the efficiency of productivity and reduce risk.

The eProcurement and supplier relationship management (SRM) Supplier relationship management (SRM) is used to collect and management of critical suppliers, and qualified suppliers to the auction.

e-sourcing (Request for Proposal)/e-RFQ (Request for Quotation) is an electronic method for find new suppliers, collect supplier information, analyze and evaluate responses, and establish contracts. E-sourcing runs sourcing events, and tender processes, and also holds e-auctions.

The reverse auction is the type of auction that sellers bid for the prices at which they are willing to sell their goods and services. The contract goes to the seller who can accept the lowest amount.
Forward auction is the type of auction in that sellers are willing to sell their items to many potential buyers and the buyers bid the price up. in this place, the highest bid wins.
